Casita Sweets was born during a season of rebuilding.
As a single mom working from home, I spent years chasing the routine of a “9–5” that never truly felt like me. Life felt heavy at times, and baking became the one place where everything else grew quiet. When days felt overwhelming, I’d find myself in the kitchen — mixing, baking, creating — turning hard moments into something sweet.
What started as a few homemade cookies and late-night treats for my best friend slowly became something more. Seeing how something so simple could brighten someone’s day reminded me that comfort often comes from the smallest things.
Little by little, those late nights turned into recipes, ideas, and eventually the dream that became Casita Sweets.
Today, Casita Sweets is more than desserts. It’s warmth, comfort, and homemade sweetness made with heart. Every cookie, brownie, and treat is a reminder that even during life’s hardest seasons, something delectable can still be created.
